Working with the team at Brockville Hyundai was much more than I expected when buying my new car. I haven’t bought a new car in over 15 years. There were no ploys to pressure me to buy. I was respected throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to provide a high-quality service and provided concrete support. Our salesman Desmond was extremely kind, patient and easy to work with. With the significant changes in cars over the years, Des, took all the time needed to answer my list of questions. When it came to understanding and choosing extended warrantees, Allison was amazing. Again, very kind and courteous. When I left, I felt confident in driving my new car and knew that I had someone to call if I have any further questions. They offer a welcoming environment. The popcorn and other amenities are a great touch. Next time I am in need of a car, I won’t shop around for a dealership; I will be driving straight there. Kudos to Desmond and Allison and the rest of the team for their professionalism, kindness and support.
I was at Brockville Hyundai this past week and the service department was amazing ! The weather was horrible and I had broken my wiper blade. I was looked after immediately, both front wipers installed for me and fluids topped up. Customer service was fabulous , all employees I encountered were courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to use this dealership when I’m in town!
In looking at all the reviews of Brockville Hyundai, I’m really not sure what to think about my experience as it’s so completely different. I went in the other day, had to actually go in because I tried calling/emailing three times without any return of messages and the customer service is just so sub par to put it nicely. I do not have a sales person (even though I’ve bought two vehicles from them at this point?) so my point of contact has been Heather who is in finance for some reason. Originally when I bought my first car, I was speaking to the Sales Manager Cole. From unknown reasons to me, he will not return a call or text message from me even for a simple question. I went in yesterday to inquire about buying out my lease or trading in two vehicles to downsize to one. I know Cole as again, I have bought two vehicles from him at this point and yet he can’t come in to greet me or inquire about my needs- just has Heather come and go from his office asking questions on his behalf. There is absolutely no warmth or the desire to make a returning customer feel special or welcomed etc. I was given an estimated appraisal for both vehicles. When I continued asking questions and asked what I needed to do to move forward with this, I was just met with shrugs. I asked if we could move to the next step to get the vehicles on the auction or at least take the pictures or really anything to get a more firm answer about the appraisals and nothing happened. There seemed to be absolutely zero interest in working with me or continuing business with me for whatever reason. I have certainly put in the effort on my end but I’m done. Third time was not a charm and it’s disappointing to say the least.

Purchased my 2023 Tuscon from Brockville Hyundai last October and had a great experience. I live three hours away and I'm happy to drive back and forth for the excellent customer service. Was in town last minute for a funeral this past weekend and Jason was able to get me in to switch to my winter tires. Happy to store my summers here and will be back to switch them back next season. What a fantastic dealership to have dealt with.
I have had issues with city vendors trying to sell me on items that were not required. On a whim, I decided to get in touch with Dane via email and explained what I want, and in no uncertain terms, he not only beat the price others were giving me, but gave me no headaches and hassles whatsoever and provided me exactly what I want. No problems, no back and forth, just one solid offer.
After agreeing, Desmond took over and he was nothing but a fantastic individual to deal with. He came over and took pictures of the trade in on his time (As I'm an hour away from the dealership) and they basically told me not to worry too much and to just come in when the car is in to sign the paperwork and that's all.
All business done via email. It was such an enjoyable experience and highly recommend them for your Hyundai needs!

Throughout the process of looking then purchasing my beautiful 2024 Venue there was zero pressure but endless exceptional service. Ironically when I commented the dealership had a warm and comfortable family business vibe, l laughed when it turned out that it actually is a family run business.
